It requires a solid team to pull off a professional, well planned and executed production. The foundation of this is effective communication between everyone involved, technical, font of house, backstage and talent. Below is a outline of job roles and key responsibilities:

Talk Back
To enable communication between each department the Theatre has a build in talk back system developed by Clear-Com. There are access panels dotted around the Theatre to enable access to this functionality. There are 5 separate channels to allow departments to have their own inter-channel and a open channel for all to have access to.

We also have access to the use of Google Hangouts via iPhones or iPod touches that allow wirelessly communicated using a simple headset.
